This is a calendar I created to document and analyze my sleep schedule during March. I compared my planned schedule with my actual sleep patterns, examining the reasons behind the significant gaps between the two.
Each calendar page features a structured layout on the front, representing the planned and real timelines, while the back side transforms into expressive typographic compositions that record the causes of these discrepancies. The visual contrast between the orderly fronts and the experimental backs highlights the tension between intention and reality. Designing the typographic backs was especially enjoyable — a playful exploration of rhythm, form, and personal habit through type.
